Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it out.
What We Offer
• Exchanges only — for size or fit issues.
• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
Return Shipping
• A flat ₹150 return shipping fee applies to all size/fit exchanges and is borne by the customer.
• This fee is waived for damaged, defective, or wrong items received — we cover return shipping in these cases.
Eligibility Window
• Request must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Requests after 5 days will not be entertained.
Conditions
• Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Share a clear image of the original label (unused) when raising the request — this is mandatory.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable
• Worn or used products — strictly not accepted.
• Undergarments and innerwear — for hygiene reasons.
• Items marked "Final Sale" or bought on clearance/promotional offers.
• Customised or altered pieces.
How to Raise a Request
1. Email Help@milaro.in within 5 days of delivery.
2. Include: Order ID, reason for exchange/return, and a clear image of the original label (unused).
3. For damaged/wrong items: attach an unboxing video and product photos.
4. Once approved, the ₹150 return shipping fee (where applicable) can be paid online or adjusted against your exchange.
