Frequently asked questions

What is an AWB number and where do I find it?

AWB stands for Airway Bill — it's your unique shipment tracking number. It's sent in your order confirmation and shipping email from Milaro. It's also printed on the label attached to your package.

My tracking shows no movement for 2+ days. What should I do?

If there's no update after 48 hours of dispatch, it could be a courier delay or a scanning issue. Please contact our support team with your Order ID and we'll investigate immediately.

My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Check with neighbours, your building's security desk, or any safe spot near your door. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date — we'll raise a dispute with the courier on your behalf.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and we'll try our best to update it in time.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery a second time the next business day. After two failed attempts, the package is returned to us. Contact support to rearrange delivery or get a refund.
