Refund & 7-Day Exchange Policy – MILARO

At MILARO, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day exchange option along with a clear refund process.

Exchange Policy (7 Days)

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are applicable for size issues, or if you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value.

Refund Policy

    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and a replacement is not available.

    • An order is cancelled before dispatch.

      Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

       

  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • After processing, the amount will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Case

  • Products that have been used, washed, or returned without original tags.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an exchange or refund on priority.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.

  • In some locations, customers may be requested to ship the product to our address.
