Return Shipping
ā¢ A flat ā¹150 return shipping fee applies to all size/fit exchanges and is borne by the customer.
ā¢ This fee is waived for damaged, defective, or wrong items received ā we cover return shipping in these cases.
Eligibility Window
ā¢ Request must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
ā¢ Requests after 5 days will not be entertained.
Conditions
ā¢ Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
ā¢ All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
ā¢ Share a clear image of the original label (unused) when raising the request ā this is mandatory.
ā¢ Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

ā¢ Items marked "Final Sale" or bought on clearance/promotional offers.

How to Raise a Request
1. Email Help@milaro.in within 5 days of delivery.
2. Include: Order ID, reason for exchange/return, and a clear image of the original label (unused).
3. For damaged/wrong items: attach an unboxing video and product photos.
4. Once approved, the ā¹150 return shipping fee (where applicable) can be paid online or adjusted against your exchange.
